Keepin' Cool

With our month long consecutive heat wave, we've been doing all we can to keep these kids cool! Whether it be hiding inside in the A/C - or hitting the many splash pads we are lucky enough to have around us - at least it's bearable for now! (Mommy is still hoping for some relief in the near future)

Summertime fun!

We've been trying to beat the heat - and keep the kiddos active the last couple weeks! But when the temperature is consistently in the triple digits, that's not easy to do!
Trin's been working on her tricycle lately, and this past weekend, we all went to the beach to celebrate Joe's birthday. Then Sunday (his actual Bday), we went trail walking in McKinney. While resting at the rec, Joe and Trin found this great game!
(Mommy is very sore from playing) :)

Indoor Safari!

Trin had a blast climbing, sliding, and playing at an indoor safari zone for kids today! She especially loved the ride on elephant. :)
